    • Can you see the photos?

      The NurseryDownloader Chrome Extension doesn't transmit your photos or any other data outside of your computer - everything is done on your computer and we can never see your photos.

    • How long does a license last for?

      Each license lasts for a year from date of purchase. When it is about to expire we will send you a reminder, but it will not automatically renew.

    • How long does it take to download my photos?

      This depends on how many photos your gallery has in it

    • Are you associated with Procare, Famly or the other apps?

      No, NurseryDownloader is completely independent and not affiliated with Procare, KinderCare, Lillio, Famly or any daycare platform. It was built by a dad in the UK after nearly losing two years of his kids' nursery photos, and now supports US daycare apps like Procare, KinderCare and Lillio too.

    • Why is it called NurseryDownloader?

      It started in the UK, where daycare is called "nursery" (as in nursery school). Same tool, same developer — now with full support for US daycare apps like Procare, KinderCare, and Lillio.

      NurseryDownloader is a Chrome extension that works on both Windows and Mac. It does not work on mobile devices.
