    • Can you see the photos?

      The Nursery Downloader Chrome Extension doesn't transmit your photos or any other data outside of your computer - everything is done on your computer and we can never see your photos.

    • How long does a license last for?

      Each license lasts for a year from date of purchase. When it is about to expire we will send you a reminder, but it will not automatically renew.

    • How long does it take to download my photos?

      This depends on how many photos your gallery has in it

    • Are you associated with Famly or Parent Zone?

      No, Nursery Downloader is not part of or affiliated with Famly or ParentZone in any way. We built this because our children go to a nursery that uses ParentZone and we couldn't easily download the thousands of photos that the nursery added over the years.

    • Does Nursery Downloader work with other systems?

      At the moment, Nursery Downloader only works with Famly or ParentZone. If you would like to request another system, please email [email protected]

    • Does Nursery Downloader work on iPad or iPhone?

      Nursery Downloader is a Chrome extension that works on both Windows and Mac. It does not work on mobile devices.
